Analytics and Content Strategist at MyPCRAM

I handle the data and analytics side of MyPCRAM. My job is to figure out what people are actually searching for, which laptop models we should cover next, and how the site is performing. Basically, I make sure we are building the right things, not just more things.

What I do

My role at MyPCRAM

Three things I focus on to keep the site useful and relevant

🔍

Search trend research

I spend a lot of time looking at what people are actually typing into search engines. When I notice a laptop model picking up traction that we have not covered yet, that becomes my next recommendation to the team.

📈

Site performance analysis

I keep an eye on which pages are doing well, where people are dropping off, and what that tells us about what needs to change. If something is not working, I want to know why before it becomes a bigger problem.

🎯

Content prioritisation

There are thousands of laptop models out there. Without data, you are just guessing what to write next. I make sure we are putting our energy into content that people are genuinely looking for, not just what seems interesting.

How I shape what gets published on MyPCRAM

1

I find the laptops people are actually searching for

Before we write a guide or a review, I check whether there is real demand for it. If a lot of people are searching for a specific Acer or Lenovo model and we have not covered it yet, I flag it to Mrinal so we can get it done.

2

I track how people actually use the site

Where do visitors land? Where do they go after that? Where do they give up and leave? I read through that data regularly and turn it into concrete suggestions, like restructuring a page or adding a section that was clearly missing.

3

I keep our content decisions grounded in real data

It is easy to write about whatever catches your attention. It is harder to write about what your readers genuinely need. That gap is where I come in. I try to make sure we are always solving a real problem for the person reading, not just publishing for the sake of it.

4

I help us keep getting better over time

I have been involved with MyPCRAM long enough to see patterns in the data before they become obvious. Catching something early, like a page losing traffic or a topic gaining search interest, means we can act on it before it is too late to matter.

Data without context is just noise. What I enjoy about this work is turning numbers into something we can actually do something with. When a person lands on MyPCRAM looking for help with their laptop, I want to know we put the right content in front of them.

My background

What I work with

I am a BBA Business Analytics student based in Bangalore, and I have been applying what I study directly to real content and strategy work at MyPCRAM

Business Analytics Data Science Search Trend Analysis Content Strategy User Behaviour Research Site Performance Monitoring Keyword Research Data Visualisation

Who I work with

I work closely with Mrinal Kumar, who founded MyPCRAM and writes most of the content. He handles the research and writing side, and I handle the data and strategy side. It works well because we are solving two different parts of the same problem.
